REAL TIME PACKAGE - Terms & Conditions

Fees, charges and conditions for the Real Time Package are as follows:
- $295.00 per year setup of Merchant Server software in first year, software maintenance fee thereafter
- Transaction fees whether approved or declined:

0-500 transactions per month

45c per transaction

501-1000 transactions per month
|
40c per transaction

1001-2000 transactions per month
|
30c per transaction

Over 2000 transactions per month
|
Special discount rates available
|

- Credit card management fee applies to all transactions: Your financial institution reserves the right to charge a fee or interest rate for credit card transactions when using the Real Time Package.
- There are no other monthly fees or charges
- Starnex Holdings-Netsell Internet reserves the right to increase management fees without notice.
- Reverse credit card charges are billed to you or deducted from your following statement
To be able to accept transactions with American Express, Diners Club, or JCB cards it is necessary to contact these credit companies directly.

- Payments are made to the client immediately upon validation of the transaction.
- Transaction statements are supplied with payment.
- Daily and monthly reports will be emailed to you, detailing the day or month’s transactions through your website.
- You will receive an email of notification when a transaction is made through your website, whether the transaction has been approved or declined.
